High School Summer Camps

SuperCamp There are so many high school summer camps to choose from: sports camps, adventure camps, science camps, you-name-it camps. But there's only one high school summer camp that can unlock the future for your teen. SuperCamp has three levels of high school summer camps for students and even one other summer teen program for high school grads and college students (Quantum U).

All three of our high school camps for students (entering grades 9-12 in the fall) develop participants' life skills in such areas as character development (through our 8 Keys of Excellence), leadership and social skills (through communication, problem-solving and decision-making techniques, confidence building, relationship building, and enhancing self-esteem).

Similarly, all of our high school summer camps provide important learning skills that students are able to apply in all subject areas in high school and that help as college prep tools. In addition to specific learning skills, campers who attend our high school summer programs gain a strong understanding of the importance of taking responsibility for their own future, goal setting, taking action and making the most of every moment. This awareness helps teens focus better in school and manage their time better away from school.

Senior Forum
Master your future!
ages 14-18, grades 9-12
Senior Forum is the first and biggest of our three high school summer camps. The mission of our teen summer programs is to help participants learn how to make the most of every moment, uncover their unique abilities, and develop greater confidence, while mastering strategies for academic and personal success. The skills campers learn at our high school summer camps will help ease school stress, build study skills, improve grades and increase test scores – including the SAT and ACT. Our life skills courses show students ways to discover their strengths, pursue goals, make big decisions, solve problems and resolve conflicts.

This life skills training puts high school students on a direct path to becoming an effective leader. Over the 10 days, they learn how to lead by example through living the 8 Keys of Excellence and how to communicate effectively in dynamic group situations. They also gain a deep understanding of what it means to take responsibility for one's own actions, words, thoughts and feelings. We call this “living above the line” and being able to do so translates directly into strong leadership abilities. Students in our high school summer camps learn new skills that prepare them for the next grade level and the next big step, college. Senior Forum high school summer camps are available at all SuperCamp locations, from our North Carolina teen camps at Wake Forest to our multiple California teen camps on the west coast.

Leadership Training Team
Build your strengths!
ages 15-18, grades 10-12
Another one of our teen summer programs is Leadership Training Team, our high school summer camp available to graduates of Senior Forum. These high school summer camps provide students with the opportunity to further develop and enhance leadership, interpersonal and self-management skills. It also challenges campers to further develop their academic and personal confidence in the areas of:
  • Communication
  • Teamwork
  • Mentoring
  • Goal setting
  • Personal motivation
  • Peer counseling and support
  • Effective Leadership Styles
Every member of the Leadership Training Team receives more specialized training during the program as they assume higher levels of responsibility. They get the chance to serve as a role model for other students through their embodiment of the 8 Keys of Excellence. This leadership training provides a strong foundation for future scholastic work and life experience. Parents of SuperCamp Senior Forum grads interested in this teen summer program should check the schedule to see which of our Senior Forum teen camps offer L-team.
