SuperCamp Logistics Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all logistical systems are in place, as well as keeping track of all the logistical duties. Logistics Coordinators possess the following qualities and talents; they are the reason people count on them to create and maintain professional, impeccable, well-organized environments at camp:
Participate in training conference calls (2-3 throughout May-June).
Thoroughly read and review the Logistics Coordinator manual.
Create staff “Love Notes” (materials sent from Oceanside).
Direct the unpacking of camp supplies (from storage unit to site).
Ensure supplies for each day are prepared well in advance.
Manage the physical set-up of SuperCamp spaces (Mainroom and Courseroom)
Organize and maintain supplies of camp in drawer systems.
Complete pre-camp inventory and appropriately distribute camp supplies.
Maintain impeccability of SuperCamp environment.
Support office staff with preparations for camper arrival day and departure day.
Assist with logistics of Outdoor Adventure Day.
Manage and organize TL assignments and afternoon activity sign ups.
Facilitate logistics portions of staff meetings.
Complete post-camp inventory and communicate next year logistical needs to Oceanside.
Oversee the packing of camp supplies alongside the office team.
Direct the storage of all supplies in designated storage unit.
High school diploma or GED (college experience preferred).
Previous SuperCamp experience (e.g. employee or camper).
Professional in your written and verbal communication.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to build rapport through your leadership.
Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
21+ years of age.

This position is paid an hourly wage.
