Summer Camp Staff

We at QLN are always on the lookout for people who are enthusiastic, supportive, and committed to impacting lives. Working at SuperCamp involves fun, friendship, training, teamwork, learning, long days and laughter. We hire high quality people to run high quality programs. Most of our summer camp staff return year after year because of the experience they have working with successful people in an intense accelerated learning environment.

Once hired, staff members are placed at one of our SuperCamp sites. Before working our program with kids, staff members receive anywhere from 5 to 14 days of training, depending on the role. All staff receive a travel stipend, salary per camp session with room and board. Our international opportunities are available for returning summer camp staff members.
