Summer Enrichment = College Entrance
First, the learning skills, confidence and motivation students gain in our summer enrichment camps can help propel them toward college and gain acceptance into the school of their choice.
We recently surveyed many families with students who attended one of our summer enrichment programs to see what the SuperCamp grads did after high school. While we weren't surprised by the results, we were very impressed. Take a look.
- 77% of SuperCamp grads reported going from high school directly into a four-year college (national average is 46%, as reported by the U.S. Department of Education)
- 88% of our grads reported going from high school directly into either a four-year or two-year college (national average is 65%)
- 41% of our grads reported receiving some scholarship money and an impressive 57% of them indicated they received over $10,000

Summer Enrichment Enhances Skills Not Developed at College
A recent study of more than 2,300 college undergraduates found 45 percent of students show no significant improvement in the key measures of critical thinking, complex reasoning and writing by the end of their sophomore years.
These statistics underscore the long-term value of SuperCamp. By teaching campers learning skills such as critical thinking, creative writing, problem solving, which they can apply across all subject areas, graduates of our summer enrichment programs are able to engrain these skills by the time they head off to college.
Of course, our grads are able to benefit immediately, whether they're in high school or middle school, with these added learning skills. And because our summer enrichment camps are age/grade specific, students who return to SuperCamp are able to deepen their ability in all learning skills from year to year, while gaining important life skills, as well.
